Although we typically concerntrate on barn conversions in and around Winchester, this barn was in such an idylic location we had to bid for it. This traditional stone and slate barn is set in a peaceful valley near Dartmouth in Devon just 2 miles from the sea.

Our plan is to convert this barn into a large 3 bedroomed property with a 4th bedroom/study option. There will be 2 bathrooms and the mail feature will be a large, open sitting room with woodburner on the first floor.

Floors will be either wide oak floorboarding or natural stone, period fittings will be featured throughout the home.
