This development was formerly an iron foundry in the 1700-1800's reverting to a small farmstead in the late 1800's. An archaeological search was performed on the site which revealed several articles relating to the iron workings on the site. At the time of purchase the site was being used as a small garage for village use.

The project involved demolishing all existing buildings and designing and building 5 luxury family homes.

All properties were bought before completion on this popular development.
