Our client at this new build development bought the property with a 2 acre plot of land overlooking miles of open countryside.

Briercliffe Developments were first involved in this project when we were asked to price an existing proposal for extending the property.

As the alterations were so extensive, we advised the client that it would be more cost effective to demolish the existing property and start again as a new build on a home that would offer everything they wanted, designed very much by them.

One of the key requirements was to have an open plan living space.
